Module 1 - Introduction - Part 01: In this module, we will understand the phases of learning and the first concepts related to the speculative market, which will be fundamental for understanding the psychology involved in conducting trades. Moreover, this is where the foundations for interpreting technical indicators, which will be studied later, begin.

Basic exercises will help the student train their eyes and brain to easily see information on the chart, even those with a lot of information.

The book "The Zurich Axioms" should be your best friend in the coming weeks.

Module 1 - Introduction - Part 02: We will begin studying the characteristics that make assets have distinct approaches according to various investor profiles, as well as according to the investor profile, we will begin to build an individualized line of reasoning for their risk-taking ability.

Session 02 is still very introductory, but elements of technical analysis will be introduced at this time.

Exercises are fundamental in consolidating learning, and students will already begin to simulate their trades.

In this module, we will still be observing the chart in 2D format, but already discovering the hidden psychological aspects of the market and introducing 3D indicators.

Module 2 - Fundamentals - Part 01 - We will start the contact with technical information about the Markets and Assets as well with their respective charts in different time-frames.

At this point, the concepts of DOW Theory already assist in identifying and taking decisions about establishing the trend direction.

Now we observe the 3D format Chart with 2 indicators, making it possible to be objective, but its a still simplified decision about which side to operate. Long or Short

Exercises will be fundamental in consolidating learning, and continuous reading of the Zurich Axioms begins to make sense.

Module 2 - Fundamentals - Part 02 will focus on learning about the aspects and information contained in the charts in order to create a scenario that will lead to a decision (Long or Short trade).

At this point, we will start opening accounts on various exchanges/brokers to allow enough time for documents to be analyzed within the mentoring period and any possible issues to be resolved in advance.

Theories such as Dow, Elliott, and Fibonacci will now form the basis of our studies.

Exercises will provide more information and require interpretation. Real-life situations related to the Axioms of Zurich will be tested in a simulated environment.

Module 3 - Operational - Part 01 introduces one of the most powerful 3D indicators in use today, which will be one of the main benchmarks for the decision to enter or not into a trade.

The VWAP Master (Volume Weighted Average Price Master) indicator is a technical analysis tool used to evaluate the average price of an asset over a specific period of time, taking into account the traded volume. VWAP is widely used by traders as a price target or reference to determine whether an asset is trading above or below its average price.

Completing exercises and filling out the Trade Records Spreadsheet as well as using the Decision Matrix plays a fundamental role in consolidating knowledge and developing the ability to perceive information quickly through charts.

Metrics are not yet consistent and trades follow only a few rules.

Module 4 - Building the Consistency - Part 01, an overview of all the content learned so far applying all the 2D and 3D technical tools with the aim of building a scenario before making a decision.

We will have a well-established set of rules (Set-up).

With the Consistency Diamond help, students will be objectively guided through the levels of consistency, going through stages of minimizing losses, preserving capital, and maximizing financial returns. This entire process becomes completely gamified.

At this point, the student can make their own decisions based on indicators and rules, but it still requires some more limits to be established before taking complete control of their development.

Some students have already surpassed the Risk X Reward barrier of 1:3, and others already close the week with success rates above 80%.

Here, the level of anxiety begins to take hold of the students, making them want to place real money to work! CALM down at this moment...

Module 4 - Consistency - Part 02, we will recap all the content learned so far, using all the technical 2D and 3D tools to build a scenario before making a decision, and we will have a well-established set of rules (Set-up).

With the Trade Plan creation, students will be objectively guided through the levels of consistency, passing through stages of loss minimization, capital preservation, and maximizing financial returns. Through the use of metricized spreadsheets, this process becomes completely tracked, and levels of performance and rules are required for the student to move to a level up of the method.

At this point, the student can make their own decisions based on the indicators and rules, and they are "free" to follow their own path towards consistency, step-by-step.

Some students have already surpassed the Risk X Reward barrier above 1:3, and some others have already closed the week with accuracy levels above 80%. Some students already have metrics above the required levels to migrate to a real trading environment.

The one to one lesson is the culmination of building an "Exclusive Trade Plan" for each student, respecting their privacy regarding their planning and capital, and with the establishment of clear goals and rules that will accompany the student through the process of building capital from a small portfolio.

Students are encouraged not to underestimate small beginnings, where the codes for great achievements are hidden!!!
